The location was secluded, a short walk to the historical part of Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. The room was inviting and bright with great lighting, just what we needed. The staff was accommodating and exceptional all the time.

It was clean and bright hotel. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and check-in was fast. The breakfast was free and tasty and offered a wide range of items. The pool area was great and the location was marvellous and convenient, close enough to attractions and restaurants and the park.

The room was spacious with excellent lighting and included wake-up service. It had a microwave, fridge, and seating area. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was conveniently close to Busch Gardens. We had a great time exploring the park without having to travel too far. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and efficient, especially when we requested extra pillows. They were delivered to our room within 10 minutes.

I chose this hotel for attending a consultation because it provides a convenient 24-hour business center, free high-speed Internet access, and a free continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and updated. I also appreciated the on-site guest self-laundry facility, which was a great convenience during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a more extensive variety of options at the free continental breakfast.

This place has a great and convenient location close to everything.

The room we had included central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel television. Our accommodation was set in a secluded location adjacent to Busch Gardens and Water Country, outlet shopping and food and all the historical sites. Also, Griffon Steel Dive Roller Coaster was 2 miles away from the venue.

The location here is great, it’s close to attractions; the breakfast is delicious with many food and drink options; and the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The clerks were professional and friendly, and they were very knowledgeable about local attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the convenient location, which was not far from the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. We had a great experience overall.

The staff were extremely friendly. I loved my updated room. The hotel's continental breakfast was savory. The venue had a secluded setting close to everything in town. It's near a safe area, restaurants, and water/amusement park. Close to Williamsburg.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They even personally brought us half and half for our coffee when it ran out! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting Busch Gardens. I highly recommend this hotel.
